1. Because it’s basketball

The NBA has already started up and it is great to have basketball back after the long offseason. For college hoops, it was certainly a tumultuous one due to the coaching changes, transfers, recruiting commitments, and the FBI Investigation. Each of these events made for some interesting storylines throughout the summer, but real games are about to start.

With high-flying dunks, flashy passes, buzzer-beaters, and everything in between, basketball is an incredibly fun sport at any level. The quest to become the National Champion is beginning for the 351 Division-I teams and the road will be a fun one.

We are getting very close to the season finally getting underway and when the ball is finally thrown up in the air for the start of the season opener, it is going to be a great sight for fans everywhere.

Are we going to see any major upsets in the nonconference? Which conferences are going to be the best nationwide? How will the top teams reload and which teams will be the biggest surprised? Who is going to be the Cinderella this season? All of these questions will be answered throughout the next few months and for players, writers, and fans who are eager to get things started, we are almost there.
