The NCAA Basketball transfer market is once again heating up, with teams adding talent. Which ones have already stocked up with transfers for 2018-19?

Now that the latest NCAA Basketball season is over, fans and media members can start looking at the rosters for the 2018-2019 season. Rosters at this time of year are loaded with newly eligible transfers who had to sit out the previous season. While the rosters are not close to being finalized yet, with the potential additions of immediately eligible transfers and the additions of the incoming freshman.

Some of the newly eligible transfers will set these teams apart and help them separate from the pack in their conferences. Some of the blue bloods have very talented and coveted transfers who are now eligible to play this year. Other top mid-major programs were able to secure some top transfers that will help them advance to the NCAA Tournament and potentially make a deep March run.

The following teams have the top eligible transfers for the 2018-2019 season. Some of the transfers are names that have played at other top-tier programs. Others are players that have played for smaller schools and showed enough in their time at their school to be a coveted transfer in the previous year.

This list is not a complete list as it is just the best eligible transfers who were on these teams rosters last year. These players are all players who will earn significant minutes for their teams, and these players will be a major part of the offense and gameplan for their respective teams this year. The teams on this list are who have done well with transfers in the past and continue to get some of the top transfers on the market, year in and year out.
