4. Penn State Nittany Lions

Pros

Never underestimate the power of wanting to be close to home. Out of the five listed teams, Penn State is the only one that resides within a couple thousand miles of Albany. It’s just a few hundred miles, so this would be the place to go if he doesn’t want to go west.

But there’s the on-court product has something to offer Cremo as well. The Nittany Lions had a successful season, winning the NIT title without one of their best players in Mike Watkins. After a 26 win season, Cremo could take the team to the promise land next year, as the go-to guard for the Nittany Lions.

Cons

How bad does Cremo want to make the NCAA Tournament? Because out of the five targeted teams, Penn State is by far the least likely to make it to the Big Dance. They lose their star guard Tony Carr to the NBA Draft. And while that opens up a hole for Cremo to come in, it also hurts the Nittany Lions chances at moving up in the Big Ten ladder.

He’ll absolutely get playing time at Penn State, but his season could very well end earlier than he’d like.
