The Mob Mentality

Notable Fans: Colorado, St. Bonaventure, New Mexico State, New Mexico…

While these fans are not that annoying individually, it is what they do in a group that can make them incredibly obnoxious. The minute anything is said about their school, they will begin to share it with their fellow fans until the person who made the post is inundated with unsolicited hate.

The post may not even be negative, but simply acknowledging that someone may be better, or at least on par, with their school is enough to send the hive into a frenzy. Be careful with navigating the mob, because eventually it is bound to make its way to actual members of the team, and that will turn a simple post into a national crisis.

If you are strong enough to survive an attack by the mob, don’t assume you are safe. These fans will always remember your name and ensure you never talk about their beloved team again.
