20. Wes Johnson – Syracuse Orange (2007-2010)

Career stats: 13.9 ppg 7.0 rpg 1.6 apg

After two good years at Iowa State, Johnson transferred over to Syracuse. His 6’7 and 205-pound size were perfect for what the Orange likes to do, and he had an even better season than expected. He averaged 16.5 ppg and 8.5 rpg, winning Big East Player of the Year in 2010. Johnson was the lead scorer on the 30-win, Sweet Sixteen club.

19. CJ Fair – Syracuse Orange (2011-2014)

Career stats: 11.6 ppg 5.7 rpg 0.8 apg

The athletic forward was the leading scorer on the 2013 Final Four team, his first year as a starter. He followed that up with an All-American campaign as a senior, which was Syracuse’s first season as a member of the ACC.

18. Etan Thomas – Syracuse Orange (1997-2000)

Career stats: 10.0 ppg 6.9 rpg 0.4 apg

He was a solid scorer and rebounder throughout his time at Syracuse, but where Thomas made a name for himself was on defense. The 6’9 center won Defensive Player of the Year in the Big East and is the all-time school leader in blocked shots. Even if a guard penetrated into the zone, Thomas had no problem sending the ball the other way.

17. Adrian Autry – Syracuse Orange (1991-1994)

Career stats: 12.7 ppg 3.8 rpg 5.2 apg

Fifth on Syracuse’s all-time assist totals with 631, Autry’s scoring ability eventually caught up. He averaged 16.7 ppg, 4.8 rpg and 6.7 apg his senior year in 1994, and had 31 points in the heartbreaking loss in the Sweet Sixteen against Missouri to end his career.

16. Leo Rautins – Syracuse Orange (1979-1983)

Career stats: 11.2 ppg 5.7 rpg 4.7 apg

Not too many players 6’8 that aren’t named LeBron James that are great passers, but Rautins was one of the best during his time in the early 80’s. He became the first ever to record a triple-double in Big East play and averaged 14.2 ppg, 7.3 rpg and 6.2 as a senior.
