Arizona Basketball will look completely different going forward from this past season. What will the Wildcats’ projected rotation look like for 2018-19?

When it comes to roster overhauls in NCAA Basketball this offseason, few teams had more turnover than Arizona Basketball. The program lost six players, including their entire starting lineup along with reserve Keanu Pinder.

The graduations along with future No. 1 NBA Draft pick DeAndre Ayton were certain departures, but wing scorers Rawle Alkins and Allonzo Trier leaving were big and somewhat unexpected blows to the Wildcats.

That left a roster full of players who were underwhelming, to say the least, last season. None of them scored on average more than 4.5 ppg and relegated to mere role players for the ladder part of the season.

That won’t be the case this next season, with the former four-star recruits having much more of an opportunity to display their talents. They’ll be joined by three veterans, including a pair of graduate transfers and one coming off a redshirt season with the program.

Three more come from the 2018 recruiting class that Head Coach Sean Miller worked so hard in building up this offseason. The FBI Investigation really hit Arizona hard and at one point cost the team all their commits. At the end of the day, the Wildcats still managed a talented class with three four-star recruits. Look for them to make an immediate impact next season.

This piece will take a look at how I project the rotations will look like for Arizona. There will be five new starters and completely different lineups, but ultimately the hope is that the coaching staff can find the right ones to make this as competitive a team as possible. Without further ado, here’s how I see the 2018-19 Arizona Wildcats.
