With a ton of the talent for WCC Basketball entering their third season of eligibility, who are the top juniors for the 2018-19 season?

While WCC Basketball has plenty of talent in its experienced senior class, it may be the juniors that provide the most excitement for the conference’s top teams. In fact, the top returning per-game scorers for four out of the leagues ten teams are in this class and will be sure to put on a show this season. If all goes according to expectations, this could be the strongest junior class in the history of the WCC.

One reason for such a strong class is its presence in the WCC’s three traditional powerhouses: Gonzaga, BYU and Saint Mary’s. Gonzaga has a trio of juniors making up one of the strongest frontcourts in the country. BYU will have a team built heavily around three of its own third-year players. Finally, Saint Mary’s will be entering a rebuild, in which two juniors will set the tone for the future of the Gaels.

With so much talent, the WCC’s junior class could certainly be the source of the 2018-19 conference Player of the Year. This makes it incredibly difficult to rank.

Before we get into the list, here is a look at players who just missed the cut.

Honorable Mentions – Nick Emery (BYU), Khy Kabellis (Pacific), Mattias Markusson (LMU), Kendall Small (Pacific), Josh McSwiggan (Portland), Franklin Porter (Portland), Zach Cameron (Pacific)
