Atlantic 10 Basketball already has known stars for the 2018-19 season. Here are five more players who could eventually become stars of their own.

A lot is up in the air this year in the A-10. The top of the standings is set to look drastically different, and every single member of last year’s All-Conference first team has graduated. It’s a year that’s ripe with “breakout” potential, and you can expect for some currently under-the-radar players to become household (A10 fan households, of course) names by the time it’s over.

This is a preview of 5 players who, while they won’t necessarily be the best players in the league, or even on their own teams, will have an opportunity to make a name for themselves and play vital roles in their team’s success.

*Note: I saw no reason to include players like Courtney Stockard or Jeff Dowtin in this preview because while they will have drastically increased roles, they are already hyped-up as potential All-Conference talents. This preview is meant to shine a light on players who are less well-known throughout the league or at least do not have that same type of discussion surrounding their names.  Also, this list is far from exhaustive (it could have easily been 10 players).
