Big Ten Basketball released its full 2018-19 conference schedule on Tuesday. These 10 games are the ones we can’t wait to watch.

The Big Ten is the first conference to institute a 20-game schedule, allowing each team to play seven teams twice and only six teams once.

Although the conference tournament is moving back to Chicago from New York City (thank you) and to the week leading up to Selection Sunday, the 20-game schedule means there will still be a few conference games in late November and early December.

But more games means more matchups between teams we can’t wait to see go at it. Here are the 10 Big Ten games that will be must-watch TV this season:

10) Northwestern at Indiana – Sat, Dec. 1

Romeo Langford, the conference’s highest-rated incoming recruit and best NBA Draft prospect, will be making his Big Ten debut during the conference’s early set of games. That’s enough reason alone to tune in for this one.

9) Nebraska at Maryland – Wed, Jan. 2

Nebraska and Maryland were two of the Big Ten’s biggest bubble teams last season and, while both expect to make the NCAA Tournament this year, it’s not a given for either. An early win at the start of the new year would go a long way for whoever comes out victorious.

8) Michigan State at Nebraska – Thurs, Jan. 27

Sticking with the Nebraska theme, the Cornhuskers largely missed out on the NCAA Tournament because of the lack of quality wins on their resume. Well, here’s a prime opportunity for them to get one against the team many expect to be the best in the conference.
