3. Win the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar award

In probably his only season in the NCAA Bol Bol should just try and have fun. That means going out and doing the best he can to help the Ducks win games.

With his array of skills, he should be able to be one of the players considered for the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar award that goes to the best center in the nation. The award in its short history has never gone to a freshman but he can win the award if you consider these facts.

He is one of the best players in the conference and probably will be the best player on his team. He will be able to get touches and that will lead to national attention that may have not have been possible at a school like Kentucky or Duke.

Not only can Bol Bol shoot the three, he can shoot the three accurately. Also, he will be able to take centers to the hole with his ability to step out and put the ball on the floor.

He possesses skills that the average center does not possess and that will set him apart from the pack. A player with that same ability who won the award was Frank Kaminsky who won in 2015. If Bol Bol can display his talents effectively then he should be able to be in the running to win the award.
