Four-star Ismael Massoud is in the midst of evaluating the five schools that made his final list. Which of them are most likely to land him?

2019 prospect Ismael Massoud recently trimmed his prospective school list down to five and has made a few official visits already.  Auburn, Harvard, Georgia Tech, Rutgers and Wake Forest are the schools that made his final cut.

Mousoud, ranked No. 129 by 247 Sports Composite, has already “officially” visited Auburn and Harvard. Wake Forest coach Danny Manning was up in  Granby, Massachusetts, on Sept. 15, to visit with the MacDuffie School product according to Prep Circuit Pat Lawless.

The 6-foot-8 small forward will make an “official” trip down to Winston-Salem this upcoming weekend (Sept. 21). He is slated to visit Georgia Tech on Sept. 28 and Rutgers on Oct. 5.

Massoud is fundamentally sound. The versatile Bronx native possesses excellent handles and has the ability to create plays. He has outstanding range on his jumper and is a capable shooter off the dribble as well as on the catch. Athleticism, upper body strength and finishing through contact are the biggest areas that he needs to improve.

Massoud averaged 7.7 points and 3.8 rebounds in 19 games in the Nike EYBL this summer for PSA Cardinals.

Auburn and Rutgers are the presumed favorites for Massoud. However, Wake Forest certainly seems to be a serious contender.
