Markus Howard. Sam Hauser. Sacar Anim. At the core, Marquette basketball is facing high expectations this season due to the tremendous amount of returning talent, especially offensively, on the roster. With these players leading the way, the Golden Eagles should without a doubt be able to compete for an NCAA Tournament bid. Having said this, though, the pieces that could take the program to the next level this year are yet to see the floor in Marquette uniforms.

With all of this being said, let’s dive in and take a look at the five new contributors to the roster this year.
