Chris Clemons, Guard, Campbell

32.1 PPG, 6.1 RPG, 3.3 APG, 2.0 SG

The numbers that matter most for one of the most lethal guards in the country isn’t just 32.1 for the number of points he’s averaging this season, but the fact that he’s doing so at just 5’9″ tall.

Chris Clemons is my size.  I had an actual back spasm from sneezing too hard last week and he’s the top scorer in the country.

For the month of November, the Camels feature attraction put on an absolute stat-sheet filling show.  With his lowest point total of 22 coming against Non-D1 Trinity Baptist, in which he played a season-low 23 minutes, Clemons still averaged a point per minute while on the court.

That’s absurd.

Despite his 2.0 TOPG, Clemons does a good job of keeping the ball safe when you factor in that his usage rate is 39.2, highest of his already-high usage career, it tells you keeps the ball pretty protected all things considered.

The month of December will prove to be an interesting month as Clemons will see teams who struggle to keep points off the board such as The Citadel and Abilene Christian, but will also face a tough task just before 2019 hits as Campbell plays Miami.

Clemons has been one of the Nations best in scoring the basketball for years now, and as his Senior campaign hits the month of December, it should be no surprise to see his name appear on this list.
