The ACC stands pat in the top spot of these rankings. They tied the Big Ten in the challenge and their top teams showed why they are at the top. Duke looked impressive in their win against IU and Virginia held off a pesky Maryland team. North Carolina did come up way short against Michigan but overall the ACC showed why it is so deep.

Duke and Virginia are legitimate top five teams and North Carolina still is probably top 15. Florida State had a big win over Purdue and are just outside the top ten and Virginia Tech, even though they got upset by Penn State, have looked good.

Syracuse lost to UConn in New York but came back with a big win at Ohio State. As long as they are running that zone they will be a tough game. Clemson is still tough and NC State is playing well also.

What makes this conference so tough is they can go about 14 teams deep. The conference schedule is going to be an absolute challenge for any team. Right now they stay at the top and will stay there as long as lesser teams like Pittsburgh continue to shine.
