4. A better offense on the road

For being 9-2, the Hoosiers have been a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde team offensively when it comes to how they have played at home as opposed to on the road. In the team’s seven home games, the team is undefeated and have been in convincing fashion, with the average margin of victory in those games being 21 points. The Hoosiers have also managed a gaudy 81 points per game at home.

The road seems to be a different story for the Hoosiers, albeit in a smaller sample size. In their three road contests, which include their losses to Arkansas and Duke, the average margin on the scoreboard has been just eight, a number which is severely influenced by the 21-point defeat at Duke, the other two games were decided by a total of three points. Offensively, the team is also much different on the road, averaging just 67.6 points per game.

A big present for Indiana this Christmas would be a way for them to figure out their offensive woes away from Bloomington.
