Nebraska Basketball has accomplished a lot in the year of 2018. What else could the Cornhuskers ask for this holiday season?

Christmas Eve has arrived, the college basketball players are all home for Christmas to spend time with their families. The players and coaches could use the much-needed rest to prepare for the onslaught that is the conference basketball season. Every team in the country has a list of things they need to improve upon to reach their goals for the season. Each team’s Christmas wish list is going to consist of all the items they will need to improve. Some are reasonable and some will take some buildup over time.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are off to one of their best starts in school history. With the 10-2 start comes great wins over potential tournament teams. The wins at Clemson, Seton Hall and Creighton are wins that will continue to build their NCAA Tournament resume for the entire season. Nebraska has an explosive offense and a smothering defense and when things are going right they are hard to score on. They leads the Big Ten in margin of victory and can take a slim lead and extend it quickly.

The Huskers have many things they do well on the basketball floor. They also have many things that they need to improve upon. If Nebraska can improve upon these things they could be in for a magical season. Nebraska has a team this season to finally get that coveted NCAA tournament victory. Coach Miles has done a tremendous job of building this team to a contender in the Big Ten. The fans in Lincoln along with the coach are going to be asking for the following to be under the tree.
