Duke Basketball faces off versus Florida State in a blockbuster showdown on Saturday afternoon. The Blue Devils look to remain perfect in conference play.

The No. 1 Duke Blue Devils will head to Tallahassee, Florida to take on the13 Florida State Seminoles this weekend. The two teams will face-off in a blockbuster showdown on Saturday, January 12 at 2:00 PM ET on ESPN. This will be the Blue Devils’ second true road game of the season. They beat Wake Forest 87-65, in their first road game on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will look to prove the haters wrong and pick up a road win versus a top-15 team.

The Blue Devils have been impressive in their first two ACC conference games. They have blown out Clemson and Wake Forest to start conference play perfect (2-0). According to KenPom, the Blue Devils are ranked 3rd in adjusted offensive efficiency and 2nd in adjusted defensive efficiency.

Meanwhile, the Seminoles have only lost twice all year and have had one of their best starts in program history. Their first loss was to Villanova, 66-60, late in November. Then last week, they took their second loss, this time to Virginia, 65-52. The score versus Virginia looks closer than the game actually was, though. The Seminoles starters beat up on Virginia’s reserve unit in the final minutes. The Seminoles did pick up a key resume builder on Wednesday versus Miami (FL). Although the Seminoles didn’t play very well versus Miami – they were still able to scrap their way to a 68-62 win.

This game is important for both teams moving forward as they try to build their résumé for tournament time. Here are three keys for the Blue Devils to try to get a big road win versus the Seminoles.
