Michigan Basketball kept rolling on Tuesday in a heated matchup with rival Ohio State. Can they keep it going when they visit Iowa on Friday?

Matchup: Michigan Wolverines (20-1, 9-1 Big Ten) at Iowa Hawkeyes (16-5, 5-5 Big Ten)

Date and time: Friday, Feb. 1 at 7:00 p.m. ET

TV schedule: FS1

Location: Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Iowa City, IA

Michigan Basketball comes into their game with Iowa on Friday on a three-game winning streak after losing their first game of the year a couple weeks ago at Wisconsin. In a very physical and heated game, the Wolverines wore out their rival Buckeyes in route to a 16 point win.

Zavier Simpson was the star of the game as he recorded the sixth triple-double in Michigan history. He would score 11 points with 12 assists and 10 rebounds. The most impressive thing was that Simpson did all this without turning the ball over. He punctuated his performance by having a huge block on Kaleb Wesson dunk attempt on a fast break. Simpson was the leader and refused to let the Wolverines lose the game.

Iowa will welcome the Wolverines into to town trying to snap their own two-game losing streak. The Hawkeyes haven’t played since their loss at Minnesota on Sunday. The game before that they blew a second-half lead against Michigan State. After going undefeated in non-conference play they have struggled in the Big Ten going just 5-5 so far this year. They can score but have struggled defensively and that has led to problems in conference play.

The Wolverines will look to pick up another huge road win on Friday and we check out three keys for them to head back home with a victory.
