Duke and Zion Williamson have been the talk of ACC Basketball this season. But who else should be given attention to as March Madness approaches?

This week on the Busting Brackets Podcast, Connor Hope and Brian Rauf are joined by Jerran Anderson and Neil Adler to talk about ACC Basketball and what to expect in the next month and a half of the 2018-19 season.

First up, Duke may have played their best basketball on the season this past Saturday against Virginia, shooting the lights out from three-point range. When they play like this, can anyone stop the Blue Devils come March? And more importantly, is there any more discussion needed as to who the best team in the country? Sure Gonzaga and Tennessee might have something to say about it.

Next comes a discussion on the other ACC Basketball teams likely to make the NCAA Tournament, including Virginia, Florida State, Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Louisville. Which of these are most likely to make the Final Four this season? How does Jerran feel about the Hokies with the uncertainty of start guard Justin Robinson‘s health? Then there’s a look at a couple of prominent bubble teams in NC State and Syracuse, along with their chances at an at-large bid.

But some teams in ACC Basketball have been disappointing this year, and may result in coaching changes. Between Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, and Boston College, which head coaches do the guys believe are most likely to get fired at the end of the season? And who would be their potential replacements?

The guys also make their predictions for the upcoming conference and NCAA Tournament. Could there be some surprises in store such as an unlikely run from a middle-tier team?

And saving the best for last – some Zion Williamson talk. He’s been a complete monster in the college basketball world but how does his game translate to the NBA? Does his shooting present a problem for him at the next level or are the critiques overblown?

It’s a great discussion from four very knowledgeable guys so please go ahead and give it a listen. And look out for next week’s episode when we talk about the SEC and the American Athletic Conference. Until next time!
