The NCAA Tournament seems to be very top heavy and that includes the two seeds. Can any of them break through the top seeds and make a Final Four run?

The number one seeds were dominated by the ACC as three of the four top seeds went to that conference. Gonzaga joined them to shut out both the Big Ten and SEC, but they made up for it by grabbing all four two seeds. Michigan and Michigan State represent the BIg Ten and Kentucky and Tennessee are coming out of the SEC. All four of these teams at times have looked like the best team in the country and are legitimate threats to win the whole thing. But all draws are not created equal, so who has the best chance.

Michigan State is probably playing the best of the four teams after beating Michigan in the Big Ten championship game and three times in the last three weeks. Michigan has beaten everybody not named Michigan State lately. Kentucky has lost twice lately to Tennessee but besides that have looked solid and Tennessee had a huge win against Kentucky int he SEC tournament but then had a letdown as Auburn got hot and lost the SEC championship game.

The two-seed has had its upsets most recently Michigan State two years ago when they lost to Florida Gulf Coast. It doesn’t happen often, but it can. No one is safe and if you get caught looking ahead you could be going home early. Michigan State will no doubt be focused based on the last time they were the number two seed. Kentucky and Tennessee are matchup problems for their opening opponent because of their size inside. Michigan will be tough because of their defense and they will have a little familiarity with their opponent as they are playing Montana for the second consecutive year.

All four teams will probably win their first round game, but after that what will happen. Which team has the best chance to make it to the Final Four and who has the roughest? Each team has the talent to make a run, but not all draws are created equal and we take a look at which team(s) you should buy and which you should sell?
