March Madness is known for it’s, well, madness and that can often be dictated by individual players as opposed to a unit of five players.  So which players could bust some brackets in the NCAA Tournament this month?

Shhhh…do you hear that sound?  The birds are chirping a bit louder, puppies are a bit more adorable, pizza tastes much better because it’s March!  At the time of this, the brackets were just revealed to the masses and we’re doing what we do best; channeling our inner bracketologist and trying to win some cash in their office pools!

For the sake of making this article sound too obvious, I’m going to make the focal point of this to be on double-digit seeds. In a rather well balanced field, there are potential landmines throughout each region that these higher seeds could run in to with one region each having a bit of a riskier pick if you really want to try and impress your pals in your bracket pool.

No matter how hard we try as fans to prepare and do our research, every March someone pops up onto our TV screens and causes us to throw away a crumpled up bracket before the second session of games tips off on Thursdays.

Before the games tip, let’s try to take a closer look at the brackets and break down which players could be worth keeping tabs on over the course of the first few days of the NCAA tournament and if they might be able to help spark a run for their respective programs as things begin to play out.
