9. Admiral Schofield, Forward, Tennessee

The dynamic duo of Tennessee’s star player Grant Williams and Admiral Schofield will enter their final NCAA Tournament, with their highest expectations yet.

While Williams, the SEC Player of the Year, is the clear leader on the Vols, Schofield isn’t behind.

And while Williams is a junior, Schofield carries the valuable experience as a senior into his final NCAA Tournament.

Schofield will need to serve as a big leader both on and off the court, especially in the later rounds. Tennessee should have no problem making it through the first round or two of the NCAA tournament. However, as the tournament gets in its later stages, Tennessee will be faced with more adversity, and that is when the leadership of players such as Schofield will come into play.

Additionally, Williams is frequently in foul trouble, and therefore Schofield will have to stay out of foul trouble, and be able to step up as the top scorer and defender on the floor, both of which he is fully capable of.

Ultimately, Schofield might be overshadowed by Williams at times, but this March, it will need to be all hands on deck for Tennessee. The biggest impact makers will be Williams and Schofield, but the leadership of Admiral will be crucial in the Vols journey to the Final Four.
