11. Arkansas Razorbacks

Are you beginning to see a theme with white colors here?

Arkansas, much like Alabama, has the same color scheme, crimson and white.

Arkansas has double stripes on their shorts, one coming up from the bottom, and one going down from the top. This isn’t a bad thing, but the stripes abruptly cut off and don’t even touch. Are they going for a Razorback claw, or just trying to do something different?

This uniform is simple, yes, and that’s the problem. There just isn’t anything special about it. Take the names off the front, and you couldn’t tell Arkansas or Alabama apart.

However, I did mention that if the numbers look neat and clean, that’s a plus. The black outline really tidies things up on the uniform, which gives these unis some bonus points.

The Hogs do have an alternate. It’s a grey jersey that they wear about once a year. Once a year is not enough for an alternate. Keeping them in constant rotation would keep things fresh with the fans and serve as a nice change of pace.

A never-ending favorite of fans is when teams introduce a throwback uniform for that season. If the Hogs would do that they would gain TREMENDOUS points in the uniform department. But alas, it’s plain old crimson and white.

These also rank a 4 of 10 just based on a boring factor.
