Gonzaga Basketball has a lot of moving pieces to be dealt with heading into next season. What are some storylines to keep track of?

It was a great past season for Gonzaga Basketball they finished with a record of 33-4 and was the top seed in the West Region. They made it to their fifth straight Sweet Sixteen appearance and reached to the Elite Eight before falling to Texas Tech is a close contest. It may have been a disappointment overall for the Bulldogs to not make the Final Four but it continues to reaffirm the status of the WCC heavyweight being a national power.

But now it’s time to close the door on the 2018-19 season for Gonzaga Basketball and take an early look at next season. But it’s hard to do that with this team for multiple reasons. First is the question of who’ll even come back to the team, as four non-seniors are projected to be drafted in the 2019 NBA Draft on various mocks. Another has to with transfers, a consistent aspect of the Bulldogs program.

Depending on what happens this offseason, Gonzaga Basketball could have another great season next year. They’re already a preseason top-15 team but could rise if key players make decisions that would benefit them, as has happened previously in the past. But who are those particular players and which draft decisions are the most important for Bulldogs fans to follow?
Here are the top storylines to follow this offseason for Gonzaga Basketball and their players.
