Tristan Enaruna – #95

Tristan Enaruna is ranked as the number 95 recruit, and he has offers from schools that I think would fit him very well. Kansas, Creighton, and Miami are his final three, but I tend to think it is more of a final two in Creighton and Kansas. He is a large small forward at 6’9″ that could potentially be a match-up nightmare for anyone.

He has the ability to step out and hit the three with some consistency, but then if you close to hard his athleticism could take over and you could all of a sudden see his lanky body dunking the ball on you. He has not been in the United States for a long time but has garnered a lot of attention while he has. I think personally had he been in the states for longer he would be more like a top 50 prospect not ranked 95.

When it comes to the schools both Creighton and Kansas offer different things. Creighton, he would be the featured guy, someone that they would rely on for his tenure at the school. Then Kansas gives him the chance to compete for a conference title, the chance at a final four, and a shot at the national title. With the return of big man Udoka Azubuike, he and Enaruna could be a lethal pair. If he continues to grow like I think he will he could be someone will the skill set of Jayson Tatum. Tatum is an inch smaller, but he has the same built and athleticism.

Prediction – Kansas

I think that this kid wants to compete for a national title and grow as a player. Bill Self has a history with foreign players such as the previously mentioned Azubuike that could also influence his choice.
