Here are the top under-the-radar recruits that will have the biggest impact for their respective teams in the 2019-2020 NCAA Basketball season.

The one-and-done era has placed an even bigger emphasis on successful recruiting across the NCAA Basketball landscape.

Teams obviously want to get the best talent, but that talent tends to leave after one year, leaving big holes that need to be filled immediately. Essentially, it has eliminated any margin for error. Any recruiting misses are even more glaring than before because of the roster turnover.

Of course, not every program can land a top-tier five-star prospect, and that’s also not necessarily the recipe for success. None of the teams that made the Final Four this past season had a single one-and-done freshman. All of them did have quality three- and four-star recruits that developed into elite college players.

The 2019 recruiting class has a handful of elite players at the top of the rankings, but also has many more undervalued prospects that should play major roles for their respective teams next year.
