Lester Quinones is a 4-star guard from IMG Academy that has just announced his final 4 schools. Here’s a look at his potential role at each of the four NCAA Basketball schools.

Lester Quinones has drawn some comparisons to Devin Booker. They both have a very similar stature with Booker standing at 6’6″, 212lbs and Quinones standing at 6’5″, 180lbs, but Quinones has not had the chance to get under a D-1 NCAA Basketball workout routine. Both he and Booker have the ability to beat you off the bounce, but will also pull up in your face. They both are taller guards for the off-guard spot. You get my point they are very similar in stature, and while Booker is a more gifted athlete than Lester, their game’s are almost identical.

Lester I think is going to be a scheme fit type of player at the next level. He is someone that I think is going to struggle on the defensive side due to his lack of athleticism compared to some others at his position. Quinones I think will fit best in a run and gun type of offense where the team is going to take the first open shot. Booker, who I compared him to earlier shot just a shade over 41% in his lone year at Kentucky. While I do not think Quinones will shoot that I could certainly see him near the 40% range more than likely between 36-39% in his freshman season.

He has narrowed his top 4 choices down to Indiana, Maryland, Memphis, and LSU. I will break his role at each of these schools down, and rank them in the order of likelihood of him going there.
