2019 prospect Jalen Cone is a guard that knows how to score. Which NCAA Basketball team among his finalists are his best fits?

Jalen Cone is a future NCAA Basketball player that is going to be a project due to his size, but his athleticism for a kid 5’11”  163 lbs is nothing to scoff at. He can throw it down with ease and has a quick second jump. This season he really started to step up in the leadership department according to many around the program, and with that came an overall improvement to his game. He developed a strong jump shot and also his quick first step allowed him to get into the lane.

This does not come without some bad though. With him being much stronger shooting the ball he tended to have the ball stick in his hands too much. With the attention he drew he only managed to dish out around six assists a game. When Cone gets the ball sometimes he only thinks one thing and that is to score. At a high level D-1 team that will not work and will be something I think most coaches will preach to him.

He is down to six schools and is set to announce where he going to next year on May 9th, after announcing he will reclassify. cone is someone who could help next year to most teams, but I think most of his worth will be shown by his Junior or Senior year.
