Moussa Cisse – Middle Village, NY

PF | 6-foot-10 | 210 lbs | No. 8 overall

One of the most physically imposing big men in the 2021 class, Moussa Cisse is very difficult to match up against. Although his offensive game still needs some polishing, he is already a strong rebounder and elite rim-protector underneath. With his physical gifts, the expectation should be that he continues to develop on the offensive end but his defensive floor is quite high at this moment.

While playing for Expressions Elite (17U) on the EYBL circuit, Cisse has not been a focal point offensively but is still making a major impact. He is averaging a double-double of 10.2 points (54.7% FG) and 11.2 rebounds per game across eight contests so far while swatting a ridiculous 28 total shots. His impact defensively and on the glass cannot be understated.

As a New York product, it should come as no surprise that UConn and St. John’s are two of the early high-major programs active in this recruitment. He reportedly already unofficially visited both schools last year and has a confirmed offer from the Huskies. If Cisse adds more to his offensive bag of tricks, he will be a two-way collegiate superstar.
