Arizona Basketball has one of the top recruiting classes in the country heading into the 2019-20 season. Here is a breakdown of the Wildcats’ 2019 class.

After a dismal 2018-19 season, Arizona Basketball is back on the rise.

Sean Miller’s squad didn’t have too high of expectations heading into last season, but missing the NCAA Tournament by a wide margin was a massive disappointment nonetheless.

Amidst the rumors surrounding Miller and the Arizona Basketball program as a whole regarding the Recruiting Scandal, last season was certainly a forgettable one for the Wildcats. Luckily for Arizona and their fans, the upcoming season should make last season pretty easy to forget.

Per 247 Sports, Arizona has the top recruiting class in the Pac-12 and the third-best recruiting class in the country. Led by a pair of five-star recruits and a top-tier grad transfer, the Wildcats will look a whole lot different next season, albeit in a good way.

We’ll get to know each recruit in a bit, but the quick turnaround for Arizona is much-needed. The program easily could have fallen into a rebuilding period after the chaos of the past two years, but Sean Miller’s recruiting prominence was on full display this past year and it has resulted in high hopes and aspirations for next season in Tucson.

While the Pac-12 was the worst high major conference last season, the league expects to be quite a bit better in 2019. Colorado, USC, Washington, and Oregon are all serious threats to make a run in the conference, with Oregon State and Utah having potential to surprise as well.

Arizona is perhaps in the best shape of all of those teams, all thanks to their stellar incoming class. Let’s break down one of the top incoming recruiting classes in the country.
