Isaiah Todd is one of the top prospects in the 2020 NCAA basketball recruiting class and cut his list to five on Friday. Here’s what all five have to offer.

6-10, 195-pound big man Isaiah Todd is one of the most highly coveted players in the 2020 NCAA basketball recruiting class. Currently ranked as the No. 14 overall player in the country in the 247sports Composite, Todd’s versatility as an athletic face-up four gives him tremendous upside.

The Raleigh, NC native can score at all three levels with range extending out to the three-point line and, on the other end, has proven to be an elite rim protector. There are some areas he needs to improve, namely with his strength and his decision-making, but it’s easy to see why many think he could turn into a superstar.

Todd’s recruitment entered its next phase on Friday when he released his final five schools consisting of Kansas, Kentucky, Memphis, Michigan, and North Carolina. The Wolverines made the cut after not being listed on his top 10 back in April (he received a scholarship offer for new Michigan head coach Juwan Howard after that) and he eliminated Maryland, Oklahoma State, Oregon, UCF, UCLA, and Vanderbilt from that group of 10.

Todd also announced this week that he will transfer and play his final high school season at Word of God Academy in Raleigh, the same school that produced former Kentucky and current Washington Wizards star John Wall.

Many feel that the Wildcats are indeed the team to beat in his recruitment should he choose to go to college, as he is also considering the overseas route. But, should he attend school for a year, all five teams are believed to have a legitimate shot at landing him. Here is how he would fit into each program and what each brings to the table for him.
