16. Oregon Ducks (Pac-12)

Average recruiting ranking: 32.20

After missing the NCAA Tournament in the first three seasons of the decade, Oregon has absolutely turned it on as of late. The Ducks have danced in six of the last seven seasons and have also made some runs while there. They reached the Sweet 16 in five of those appearances and one of those led to a Final Four appearance as well. It is hard to argue with how successful the program has been considering they are currently in the midst of a nine-season streak of 20+ wins.

Under the leadership of head coach Dana Altman, the Oregon Ducks have been phenomenal on the recruiting trail. Over the course of the 2010’s, the program landed seven class ranked in the top-25 in the country. The most notable of these came in 2018 when the group led by five-stars Bol Bol and Louis King finished at No. 3 in the team rankings for that year. Those two both represent some of the top players to ever commit to the program. Additionally, though, Coach Altman was able to also secure five-star commitments from Troy Brown, Jabari Brown, and C.J. Walker.

Oregon is one of the best teams on the west coast every single year. The Ducks have made their fair share of nice runs in the past few seasons and it seems likely that they will continue to be rock-solid. Coach Altman is a great recruiter and his players seem to buy into his system quite well. Along with Arizona, Oregon will be a power in the Pac-12 for the next several years and recruiting will likely stay at an elite level.
