I’ve looked at all of the most watchable NCAA Basketball offenses of last season, now it’s time to take a look at the other side of the ball.

If you’re wondering, yes I saw the comments on my last article. You all let me have it for ranking defensive-oriented NCAA Basketball teams as the least watchable, and rightfully so. While I’m an offensive-minded fan, I understand that there are plenty of other fans out there who enjoy a good defense as a good offense.

So, with the help of commenter Kayakyaker, I have decided to introduce defensive stats into my Watchability rankings. Kayakyaker made a good point that teams who are forcing turnovers and blocking shots at a high rate are just as watchable as teams with prolific offense, so I decided to add three defensive stats into my Watchability rankings, steal percentage (how often a defensive possession ends in a steal) block percentage (how often a defensive possession ends with a blocked shot) and overall turnover percentage (how often a defensive possession ends with the offensive team turning the ball over).

So, for all the fans that ripped me in the comments section last week, here are my top 5 most watchable defenses for the 2019 NCAA Basketball season.
