There are several highly-touted recruiting classes joining Big 12 basketball this year. Who are all of the newcomers joining the conference?

Big 12 basketball is arguably the most competitive conference in America year in and year out. Even though Kansas has dominated the league at the top over the past several campaigns, there are always fierce games between the rest of the teams while jockeying for position in the standings. The Big 12 is filled with talent every single year and there are no easy games on the schedule. The coaches in the league do an incredible job recruiting some of the top players in the country and they develop them into stars over time.

With regard to the incoming 2019 recruiting class, the Big 12 did not disappoint. Of the 10 teams in the conference, six of them landed top-25 groups. That is absolutely spectacular and it seems extremely likely that the league will continue to be immensely talented and competitive into the future as a result. Even the program with the lowest-rated 2019 class, Baylor, is projected to be a top-25 team during this coming season.

This recruiting class is bound to feature some of college basketball’s next group of stars. While there are definitely some five and four-star talents in this class that have the potential to take the nation by storm, there could also be a few under-the-radar guys that really explode during the time with their respective programs. Monitoring incoming freshmen showcases the future for each program as they compete to take the next level on the national stage.

Now, without any further ado, let’s dive into breaking down each 2019 recruiting class from Big 12 basketball.
