Season Overview

Lots of promise for Boston College. Based on their non-conference schedule, the Eagles look like they are in a good position to win some decent games. You can never take an opponent lightly, so the Eagles need to come into the season early with good expectations to succeed. Jim Christian is turning this program around slowly and this can possibly be one of the best years for Boston College Basketball.

The NCAA Tournament is possible. It’s possible because the ACC puts almost half of their teams into the tournament so if Boston College can go slightly above .500 in conference play, they have a chance, but they have to win the majority of their non-conference games.

If they can some of their big games against Duke, North Carolina, and Virginia, I can see the Eagles name being called on Selection Sunday.
