What should be expected from Pac-12 Basketball this upcoming season? Check out what the guys had to say in the latest Busting Brackets Podcast.

In the latest Busting Brackets podcast episode, hosts Brian Rauf and Connor Hope are joined by west coast contributor Arden Cravalho to talk about Pac-12 Basketball. Considering the disappointing season the league had a year ago, there’s a lot to like this time around.

That starts with Colorado, tied at the top with first-place votes in the preseason media poll with Oregon. Are these two the most likely Pac-12 Basketball teams to finish at the top? Washington and Arizona rounded up the preseason top-4, each having questions on the perimeter. What do the guys think about those freshmen-laden squads?

A lot of basketball talk in Los Angeles has been about the battles between NBA teams the Lakers and Clippers. But Arden thinks that the Pac-12 schools in the city can make their own noise this upcoming season. What should be made of both UCLA and USC this year?

An argument can be made that both of those programs need to win this season, along with an Oregon State team that has some of the best talent they’ve had in a long time. Are the Beavers an NCAA Tournament team? And if not, might they have to find a new coach themselves? Arizona State is another team with aspirations for the Big Dance but seems to have divided the guys in terms of their ceiling. Who isn’t as high on the Sun Devils?

The conversation continues towards the bottom of Pac-12 Basketball, bringing up the likes of Utah and Washington State. Can any of them make a run to be a viable threat to the projected top teams? And if so, which players are key in doing so?
