Oregon Basketball is currently tied for the Pac-12 lead with Colorado and has five games left to take the lead outright

The Ducks’ victory over Utah placed them in a tie with Colorado for the Pac-12 lead. There are five games remaining in each team’s schedule, and they have already played each other twice with each team taking a game. The Buffaloes currently own the tiebreaker over Oregon, meaning the Ducks need to hope for a Colorado loss down the stretch to take the conference lead.

Luckily, Oregon Basketball will end the season with three consecutive games in Eugene where no team has been able to beat them thus far. Colorado will end with three consecutive away games.

The toughest test for the Ducks will come on February 22nd when they visit No. 24 Arizona, the only currently ranked opponent they will see for the remainder of the regular season. With Colorado ending the season at Utah, a very tough environment to win at this season, there is a good chance that Oregon can clinch the Pac-12 regular season title by taking care of business and winning out the rest of the way, thus also giving them the easiest path through the Pac-12 Tournament.
