Four Teams. Two Days. One Automatic Bid to The Dance. Who will win the 2020 Ivy League Basketball championship?

With March fully consuming our day-to-day lives, it’s easy to miss some of the best conference action before the glorious Selection Sunday.  One that often gets overlooked is Ivy Madness, the battle for the Ivy League Basketball crown.

A day two-day event, the Ivy League holds their tournament nestled in the last few days of championship week while the ACC, Big 10, SEC, Atlantic 10, and others slug it out for a much more high profile spot in the field.

Yet, that’s not to take away from the quality of games the league presents in their still newly assembled postseason tournament.

The room for error in such a small field is so tight that the slightest missed opportunity could cost a team their moment in the spotlight.  Only allowing four teams into the field, the 2020 Ivy Madness is a nice balance of familiar faces and people trying to break the mold.

Within the basketball world, the cliche is that you need to peak at the right time and find your footing come March.  There is no conference tournament more prevalent in that notion than the blink-and-you-miss-it two-day clash for the Ivy League crown.
