Top 2021 top10  prospect Moussa Cisse is still considering reclassifying to 2020 and recently cut his list down to 10 potential suitors.

Moussa Cisse is one of the best prospects in the class of 2021 and is seriously considering joining this year’s class. Cisse trimmed down his list to 10 schools, on April 12, and is now considering   Alabama, Georgetown, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, LSU, Memphis, Tennessee, and USC.

The New York native had a sensational first season at Lausanne High School (Memphis, TN) after transferring from Christ The King in Queens (NY) during the summer. Cisse was named the MVP of the DII-A state championship after just missing a triple-double with a 15-points, 10-rebound, and nine-block performance in the Lynx 54-44 victory over FACS in the title game.  He was also named the Tennesee Maxpreps POY as he averaged 21.3 points, 14 rebounds, and an astounding  8.6 blocks a game.

Cisse is a consensus five-star recruit. He is rated as the eighth-best prospect in the junior class by 247Sports, 247Sports Composite, and Rivals. Meanwhile, ESPN has him just one spot below the others at No. 9.

The 6-10, 220-pound center is very athletic and long though a bit on the slender side. Cisse is a shot-blocking machine who runs the floor exceptionally well as well as an excellent finisher around the rim. While he is an outstanding rebounder, he still needs to work on his offensive repertoire.

It is a little too early to predict where Cisse will end up, especially when it is unknown whether he is going to bypass his senior prep campaign. Plus, he has only taken one official visit, which was to Florida State. However, Cisse has been a high priority for Memphis and Penny Hardaway since he moved to the state. Hardaway and Georgetown saw him play this past season.  LSU is also seen as a significant player.
