Five-star NCAA Basketball prospect Moussa Cisse has a final group of options. Which of them is the best fit for the athletic big man?

The NCAA has announced some decisions that could have a huge impact on NCAA Basketball and potential recruits. One of them was relaxing of the testing (ACT or SAT) and end of year grades that could allow players to graduate if everything else works out. It has created rumors of a few players reclassifying up a year, including five-star big man Moussa Cisse.

A consensus top-15 overall recruit, Cisse is one of the best pure athletes in both the 2020 and 2021 recruiting classes. The 6’11 center is a premier defender, averaging nearly 10 blocks a game this past high school season. He can rebound and provide some offense as well, although that’s an area of needed improvement for him. Where he excels and impresses most is his high energy and motor, something that’s far from a given for tall athletes.

From a pure potential standpoint, Cisse could be a future lottery pick if he develops an offensive game. But his floor makes him a solid contributor for whichever NCAA Basketball team he chooses, as his ability to protect the rim will be a great asset.

As of now, Cisse is part of the 2021 recruiting class but has indicated a seriousness to possibly move up a class. More often than not, they usually do make that move, which is why teams have increased their pursuit of him.

We now know which teams are in the running, as Cisse himself announced a top-6 group. Whether it’s for next season or the year after, this five-star center is going to be a force to be reckoned with. Here’s a look at how he potentially fits with each of these programs in the future.
