Five-star NCAA Basketball forward Kendall Brown recently announced a top-10 list of options. Which of them are in the lead for this class of 2021 athlete?

One of the biggest rising prospects in the 2021 NCAA Basketball Recruiting class has been Kendall Brown, who spent this past season of high school at nationally recognized Sunrise Christian Prep Academy. He moved from the state of Minnesota for the purpose of higher-level competition and more exposure, which worked out well for the forward.

Brown’s rankings have risen up to a consensus top-25 status and listed as a five-star prospect, according to 247sportsComposite. He’s an impressive and smart athlete who can play both combo forward positions, listed currently at 6’7 and 205 pounds overall.

What helps Brown is his all-around game, capable of handling the ball and operating on the perimeter, while also being able to hold his own inside and driving to the hoop without fear. He can hit mid-range shots at a good level and is considered a plus-defender.

Heading into his senior season, the recruitment for the five-star forward is starting to heat up, with certain teams now separating themselves as real contenders to land Brown. There are some rumored favorites but as we all know with high school stars, anything can happen. And with official visits still not able to happen at the moment, there’s a chance that it’ll take months before this and other prospects make a decision.

But for now, there is a list Brown has put out of the 10 schools in the running to land him. There are some obvious candidates among the group but also some intriguing surprise teams who could make a late push to land the five-star recruit. Here’s a closer look at the potential fit for Brown among all 10 finalists.
