Which formerly injured NCAA Basketball players are set for a major upcoming season?

There may be nothing more frustrating for an elite athlete than something that is out of their control. That premise alone is what separates a player from a coach. Despite the amount of preparation time at practice or the quality of information given during timeouts, the outcome of the game will ultimately be decided by the players on the court. This is a reality that good coaches come to terms with and great players cherish.

At the conclusion of every game, the goal should be to have no ‘what ifs’ What if I would have gone to the floor for the ball? What if would have closed out faster on my defender. A player has the opportunity to have no ‘whats ifs’ and this mentality can be applied to the season as a whole. The players determine the outcome of not only how they play and the game, but that is also until they do not.

The hardest ‘what if’ for players to overcome is, ‘what if I did not get injured?’ Having no answer to that question is what these unlucky thirteen players had to live with, not being able to answer for the majority of the 2019-20 season. They will, however, use the 2020-21 NCAA Basketball season to make an impact and leave fans asking “How far could we have gone with him last year?’
