10. Barclay Radebaugh – Charleston Southern (2005-2020)

Before he got his shot as head coach, Radebaugh bounced around a great number of mid-major programs in the southeast. He spent time with East Tennessee State, Furman, Wofford, and Winthrop, while also gaining valuable SEC experience with South Carolina. He spent one season with Miami in the ACC before receiving the Charleston Southern job in 2005.

Radebaugh had racked up 207 wins in his fifteen seasons in Charleston, leading the Buccaneers to some of the best seasons the program has ever seen. While he hasn’t led them to an NCAA Tournament to this point, he does have a pair of regular-season titles and built a pretty lackluster program into a conference contender.

Consistency is a major issue for Radebaugh’s program, but he’s certainly done enough to keep his job all these years. In recent years, Charleston Southern has seemed to take a step in the other direction, but it’s hard to deny that he’s one of the winningest coaches the conference has seen, especially in recent times.
