NCAA Basketball: Ok State, Va Tech, and Minnesota among Sean Pedulla’s top 8

Tulsa Golden Hurricanes
The Tulsa program has been near the top of their conference for the last 15 years, despite going through several coaching changes along the way. Current head coach Frank Haith has managed to guide the Golden Hurricane to top-4 finishes in four of his six seasons with the team. Despite the team’s success within the conference and finishing around the 20-win per season mark, considerable strides could be made in efficiency to improve the overall outlook.
Pedulla is a gritty player and puts his full effort on the floor every game. That kind of intensity on the defensive end will help to maintain the production for the Golden Hurricane have emphasized over Haith’s tenure. However, his ability as an on-ball defender can specifically boost steals and jumpstarting the fast break. This program is searching for ways to improve their opportunities for high-quality looks at the rim and Pedulla is a guy who can get that done.
Additionally, his ability to facilitate at a high rate and be a reliable scoring option is something Tulsa needs to regain. Last season the strength of the roster was focused on wings and frontcourt talent inside the perimeter. The Golden Hurricane were not an efficient perimeter team and Pedulla really stands to help stretch the floor for this team should he commit to the program.
