10. Portland Pilots

Last season: 9-23 (1-15) 10th Place

Sorry Pilots fans, but this was a no-brainer. All things considered, Portland was the worst team in the conference in both 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, winning a combined one conference game over those two seasons. While it may not sound possible, things might only be getting worse.

After losing top scorer Isaiah White to graduation and fourth-leading scorer Malcolm Porter to the transfer portal, the team will be looking for a few players to step up in a massive way to fill the void. Unfortunately, that player will have to be from their 2019-2020 roster, as they have no new players on their 2020-2021 roster that turn any heads. Barring any of the JUCO newcomers having breakout campaigns, things will be tough in the WCC.

With no incoming recruits that can single-handedly do damage, expect another last-place finish from the Portland Pilots.
