A lot is up in the air concerning Arkansas’ schedule

In addition to Arkansas’ 18-game conference slate, the only games set in stone are a game against fellow “Land of Opportunity” school Central Arkansas on Dec. 12 and a game in Stillwater, OK with Oklahoma State as a part of the SEC/BIG 12 Challenge. The remainder of the schedule had worked out is now either no longer being played of up in the air.

Arkansas withdrew from the MGM Resorts tournament in Las Vegas and games against Oral Roberts, Oklahoma, Tulsa, Lipscomb, Texas-Arlington, Northern Illinois, and Abilene Christian are now all up in the air, if they are played the Razorbacks’ schedule should be full, if not they have a lot of open dates to fill. The only original game on their schedule that was canceled was a tilt against Old Dominion that was supposed to take place in Little Rock.

What happens with Arkansas’ schedule could play a major role in their season, if the schedule fills out it will give them a chance to work out the kinks that come with so many new faces, if it doesn’t, then the beginning of conference play could be more of a rollercoaster for Musselman’s team than it otherwise may have been.
