20. Oscar Tshiebwe – C West Virginia (2019- )

Career Stats (1 season): 11.2 PPG, 9.3 RPG, 1.0 BPG

One of the newer additions to the list, there could be many other candidates that have had established careers that could start off this list. However, none of them have the potential to finish higher than Oscar Tshiebwe.

Tshiebwe was ranked the 28th overall recruit in the 2019 class and made the impact that many were expecting as a Freshman. He finished with 11.2 points per game, to go along with a ludacris 9.4 rebounds per game. The Freshman sensation was first in the conference in Offensive Rebounds and second overall, only behind Udoka Azubuike.

What makes Oscar more promising is that he has such a big frame and is huge, in terms of size. Even with that, he has a high motor and an elite rebounder. There are still flaws in his game that need to be fixed with his inexperience and sometimes lack of awareness.

The matter of fact is, with another season at the level and success from West Virginia, Tshiebwe could very well become one of the greats at West Virginia and work his way up this list, once his time in Morgantown is finished.
