Rest of Baylor Basketball roster

With all three guards returning I wouldn’t assume too much will change in that rotation, assuming everyone can stay healthy. But Devante Bandoo was a clutch player coming off the bench, so someone will have to fill that role who’s also hopefully a threat from deep. Bandoo was the Big 12 Sixth-Man of the Year hitting over 38% of his three’s.

Adam Flagler was a transfer that had to sit out last year so he is likely to fill those shoes along with Jordan Turner who is a 6’7” G/F who sat out his Freshman year and was a top 25 recruit at small forward according to ESPN.

Jackson Moffatt was also a freshman who only saw a few minutes so expect that to increase this season. LJ Cryer is a highly recruited incoming freshman this year that could have huge potential and could be a sleeper when we look at the team come March.

Flo Thamba only played about 9 minutes per game last year. I’d expect him to see a dramatic uptick as his ceiling could be higher than anyone’s on the team. He has raw athletic talent and great length that could really help this roster after the loss of Gillespie and Clark.

Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua is another transfer that sat out last year. He played at UNLV and could be a rebounding machine for the Bears coming off the Bench. I think he’ll see a fair share of play in the rotation and I’d expect him to be a role player. Especially if the Cameroon native can tap into his High School dunk contest championship days.

Baylor also has two highly recruited Centers coming into the fold in 6’9” 4-star recruit Dain Dainja and 7’0” incomber Zach Loveday.
