Arkansas Razorbacks

Head coach Eric Musselman continues his great work with developing guards. He had a star trio last season and seems to have one this year as well, led by freshman Moses Moody. Transfer guard JD Notae (15.4 ppg) has been a major bright spot, while Desi Sills has been impressive as well.

If Mills is looking for a place where he can develop and become an even better perimeter player, the transfer-happy Razorbacks will gladly take him on. And if Moody makes the jump to the NBA after this season, Mills can simply replace him in the starting lineup for 2021-22 and see his numbers jump too.

Clemson Tigers

With senior guard Clyde Trapp set to graduate after this year, the Tigers could use a guard with the scoring ability that Mills has. Clemson and Houston have strong defensive strengths, while the Tigers’ offense could use a boost once Trapp and Aamir Simms departs.

The University is relatively close to Mills’ home and he would be able to play in the ACC. Most importantly, the former Cougar would have a leading role in the offense as a starter and be the go-to guard. This would be an under the radar option if Mills was willing to go to South Carolina.
