The Busting Brackets Sunday Mailbag is back again this week.  For those first-time readers, the mailbag looks at questions from all topics related to NCAA Basketball.  The questions are submitted by the readers each week and they are about the pressing topics in the game today.  As the calendar approaches February and we all get a clearer picture of the NCAA tournament-worthy teams the questions have ramped up.

This week’s questions, like every week run the gamut of college basketball from high major to mid-major.  This week we go to the top 25 poll and look at other teams who have underachieved that have a chance to make the NCAA tournament.   Some other questions look at a potential player of the year in a power conference and another power conference team’s chances of making the final four.   Finally, the last question takes us back to the current world we are living in and trying to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and how it may affect the NCAA tournament.

As is said every week, thank you to everyone who has ever submitted a question. More importantly, this series of articles would not be nearly as successful without our readers.  Thank you to everyone who has ever taken the time out of their day to comment on a post, submit a question or read an article.  It doesn’t go unnoticed and it is appreciated.  With all of that being said this week five great questions were submitted and were a lot of fun to answer.  The questions are below.
